Choosing a Polarimeter for Pharmaceutical Laboratories

Below is an example of why Polarimeters with accuracy of ±0.02 and ±0.01 accuracy polarimeters are not suitable for pharmaceutical applications. Please review the USP monograph for the material Ofloxacin. Ofloxacin must have a specific rotation between +1° and -1° at a concentration of 10mg per ml. Biots Law:
The Autopol I has an accuracy of ±0.02° optical rotation. Below is how its relative accuracy affects a hypothetical Ofloxacin sample:
You cannot successfully inspect a pharmaceutical (such as Ofloxacin) having a Specific Rotation between+1 and ±1 and a 1% concentration, which is quite common for most pharmaceuticals, with an instrument that has an accuracy of ±2.0 in Specific Rotation.
The Autopol IV has an accuracy of 0.002 for Optical Rotations of 1°Arc for a total unknown of +/-0.002 under the same conditions:

I have a Zedboard Zynq7000 and have been unable to get console output successfully on Windows 10 machine.

So Installed cp210x drivers but still unable to see any UART output in MobaXterm thru serial COM1 port.

I tried with both serial enum driver and the default option. Rebooting between each attempt.

I do not see any new COM device listed when pwoering up the Zedboard. I also ried to in manually and try to force Windows to load the install slabvcp driver for one of the HID USB input devices listed but windows does not allow.

    The problem was on my end, inadvertently I started connecting to the (JTAG) Prog port in the Zedboard instead of the UART USB port.

    They are very close together jeje.
