Industry Experience
Jessica commenced with Opteon Property Group in 2015 as the Commercial Valuer for the South-East region of South Australia, following 10 years with M3 Property. Jessica also undertakes residential valuations for a variety of our clients. Starting her career in 2005 with a focus on residential valuations, since 2009, Jessica has become recognised as a skilled, commercial valuer. Her experience extends across multiple property types including the retail, health, industrial and office sectors. Jessica was raised in Mount Gambier and after gaining experience in Adelaide, relocated back there in 2014. She is intimately familiar with the South East region, including local property trends and market drivers.
